We purchased a beautiful 1988 Baldwin Model L piano from Roberts Piano of Houston for my daughter. Evan (owner) was amazing to work with. Evan made us feel welcomed into his shop. He did not pressure us into making a decision on which piano to choose. He did provide us a lot of knowledge and options to choose from. We visited his location twice and Evan answered every single question and concerns we had. We brought in a technician to look over the piano we chose and Evan was very receptive of the idea. Evan was also very responsive to any questions we had. We visited other piano stores and spoke to other piano store sales personnel but it did not compare to the customer service experience we received from Evan. Evan truly listened to what we were looking for and was able present us with options. We never thought we would end up with a grand piano, but my daughter fell in love with it the moment she started playing. My daughter is absolutely in love with her new instrument. She told her voice coach that she can't stop playing her brand new piano! I highly recommend Roberts Piano of Houston and I highly recommend Evan! Thank you Evan!
