I had been looking for a good used instrument to replace my teaching piano. I really wanted a Yamaha upright, preferably black. I had searched for several months, unable to find a combination of price, tone, touch and look that I was comfortable with. Finally I found my piano at Evan Roberts. The price was very fair and included delivery and tuning. Evan Roberts kept in touch with me for the week he spent doing minor restoration, and delivery was swift. I am really enjoying the touch and tone of this piano, and my students are reacting very positively to the drastic difference between this piano and the one I had been using for teaching. I am really enjoying my “new” piano! –

Evan was very informative in helping buy a piano for my mother. She had given hers away five years ago when she moved to Houston from Denver... but only did lot of convenience. Evan responded to my Craigslist inquiry right away and sent YouTube videos of some of the pianos. He then offered to show me the pianos via FaceTime and showed all of the moving parts to ensure I was getting a product. In the meanwhile he was friendly and professional. The inexpensive delivery fee was a bonus and my mother surprise and delight... priceless. Thank you Evan and your team for a great buying experience and an excellent product.
