Returns

Eligibility: Returns are accepted within one year from the date of purchase.

Condition: The piano must be returned in the same condition as sold, without significant damage or alterations.

Refund Value: If a piano is returned, we will refund 50% of the purchase price, as the depreciation of pianos over time is factored into this policy.

Delivery Costs: The customer is responsible for any delivery or transportation costs associated with the return.
Warranty

All pianos come with a one-year limited warranty covering manufacturing defects.

This warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, tuning, or damage caused by misuse, improper care, or environmental conditions.

Repairs under warranty will be carried out on-site if possible. We do not guarantee warranty service outside the Houston area.

If repair issues cannot be resolved and require the piano to be claimed by Roberts Pianos, the customer may receive compensation of approximately 50% of the piano’s value, depending on the circumstances.
Liability

Roberts Pianos is not liable for any personal injury or property damage resulting from the use, handling, or transportation of the piano. Customers are advised to handle the piano carefully and hire professional movers for transportation.
