c.100 year old piano. Needs keytops, bushings, backs of key under felt bushing. Needs also sharps cleaned, flanges, shanks, back checks, hammers, possibly wippens. Client would like to have minimum work done in order to return to playable condition. New strings, hammers, and a general cleaning as well as regulation.
